Oh dear, I had a little girl on Monday at the toddler group, who really, really did not want to smile – at all!! I even pointed the camera vaugely in her direction she was scowling and turning away!?? Luckily I’d brought a few toys with me and she instantly fell in love with my teddy!! Problem solved!! So now not only is she smiling but its my favourite shot of the morning!!!

Yay I just Love Autumn, the leaves changing colour, nights drawing in and best of all chestnuts……………… Sunday morning was a lovely clear sky so we dressed up warm and went of to see if I could remember where the sweet chestnut trees were in Stratton! A bit of hunting but we found 5 great trees , someone had got there before us but it seems they hadnt mde the walk to the last tree, which was absolutely carpeted underneath with gorgeous, shiny nuts!! Wow the kids had so much fun and just loved running about with their new walking sticks – thanks Alex!!

my little boy’s all grown up….awwww… where did the time go? he was such a good boy, no tears nothing just a cheery wave !! hes got a little car on his name sticker, we’ve been guessing all week what it might be hehee!!
soooooo, as evie doesnt start til monday , we called in the park on the way home to play on the slides and my hawkeyed daughter spotted the biggest, juiciest, blackberrries in the hedgerow!! unfortunately NO BAG or anything so I had to collect them in my skirt instead! At least it meant we could try the new ‘recipe’ i found……****Blackberrry Jelly Stars****

today is the last day of the summer holidays….phew we’ve had a good break, done loads of stuff and the kids are well and truly shattered! i really wish it was longer and we’ve done more but i’ll welcome the time i’ll have to myself now to devote to the business and general photography. I don’t know how some people fit it all in, i think they must be superwomen!!
its cameron’s first day at nusery tomorow, he’ll be all kitted out with his school uniform and book bag so i’ll have to set the alarm early and take loads of photos!
Evie doesnt start school until monday – wow my little girl starts school, where did those years go? – so we’ve got three days to fill with lovely girlie things !! oh yeh and poppin has to make up her new big girl desk for her bedroom!!!
Well its taken my literally all day but the new website is finally finished and uploaded! Crashcourse of HTML FTPs Javascript….. and alot of help from my good friend Soozy – thanks Sooz!! So now with the website up and running, I can order the new business cards, flyers and marketing……..all systems are GO!!!

Met up with a friend i get to see about twice a year wow have her children grown!! Anyway we had lots of lovely fun running about on the Cathedral Green before we hit the swimming pool!!
thought i’d introduce the kids to a spot of Apple Bobbing!! Evie was rather good at cheating but Cam was a natural!! You do NOT want to see the state of him and my room after this!!! Anyway great fun on a rainy afternoon!!! Cant wait for autumn……
